About Definitive Electrical

Definitive Electrical was built around a simple idea: getting electrical work done properly shouldn't be difficult.

Having worked in the electrical industry for many years, we saw the same frustrations time and again. Customers struggling to get tradespeople to answer the phone, appointments being missed, quotations taking weeks to arrive and poor communication once a job had started.

We knew there was a better way to do it. So we set out to build an electrical company that combines excellent electrical work with the level of service customers should be able to expect from any professional business. That means turning up when we say we will, communicating clearly, doing what we've promised and making sure the job is completed properly, including the certification and paperwork afterwards.

Today, Definitive Electrical has grown into a team of qualified electricians supported by a dedicated office team. That structure means our customers aren't relying on one electrician trying to answer the phone while they're halfway up a ladder or have their hands inside a fuse box. There's a team behind every job, from the first enquiry through to completion.

We work across domestic and commercial properties, carrying out everything from electrical testing and fault finding to rewires, consumer unit upgrades, renewables like solar panels and battery storage, EV charging and larger, more bespoke electrical installations.
